Over forty firms of various sizes and structures responded to our survey questions about how they appraise and remunerate their partners and fee earners.
The results suggest there is a disconnect between how firms remunerate their partners and staff and how they appraise those same fee earners. As the so called “war for talent” continues more innovative, transparent and incentivising remuneration schemes are becoming more popular.
