Clayton Legal is currently assisting a well known Merseyside based Firm who seek to appoint a Qualified Leasehold Specialist to join their flourishing Real Estate Team.
The role will involve managing a mixed caseload of files to include Lease Extensions, Freehold Sales, Right to Manage Claims, Deeds of Variation and Licences.
Desirable skills and responsibilities:
Strong background in leasehold law
Experience working with institutional clients
Strong client facing skills and able to support business development
Excellent communication skills
Ideally we are searching for a Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years experience dealing with Leasehold transactions in particular.
Salary will be around £35,000 dependent on experience and level of qualification. Our client offers a range of additional benefits to include an achievable bonus structure, BUPA medical care, travel season tickets/ loans and childcare vouchers.
