Family Solicitor min 3 yr PQE Modern High Street Law Firm

£28,000 – £30,000 per annum.

Q&A Law are working with a modern high street firm of solicitors based in Newport, Lincoln who maintain a traditional approach that has seen them grow since they started nearly 2 years ago.

This small team work closely together and adopt a traditional style family approach to create a friendly atmosphere. The firm pride themselves on providing a high quality service to the local community.

As part of the firm's continued growth they are now looking to appoint an experienced family solicitor to run a large and busy case load.

The Job

Based at our client’s Newport, Lincoln office this role will involve working closely with the Principal and on your own case load.

The work load is varied and busy in all areas of Family Law including cohabitation agreements, , separation agreements, divorce, Ancillary Relief, civil partnerships and children matters. All of the clients are privately funded.

Advocacy experience is essential as you will be required to attend court.

Although working as part of a team and reporting directly to the Principal you have your own clients and case load.

Requirements

Our client requires someone who is

A solicitor with at least a minimum of 3 years PQE upwards.

Must have suitable and extensive experience to work on all Family Law matters without supervision.

Membership of Resolution or the Law Society’s Family Law Panel is an advantage but is not essential

Good client care skills and be able to deal with sensitive matters in a friendly and professional manner.

Must be able to work in a friendly team but also be a self-starter and work autonomously.

Must be able to demonstrate a determination to achieve the best outcome for your clients
