My client is an established law firm based in the Doncaster area that currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner to join a highly established team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE experience and either be currently working as a Partner or potentially want to reach a Partnership level within the firm.
The Job role will include:
- General commercial property work.
- Retail landlord and tenant matters.
- Commercial mortgage work.
- Freehold acquisitions for owner occupiers.
- Networking to sustain business development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to go out and do business development.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial property.
